    Great device. Perfect for an all-in-one appliance in a small office or home environment. Only gripe is it came with a US plug.

      Sorry to hear your device came with a US plug. Our distribution partner swaps out all the cables from the units that come in, as the US version of the product was the first available to them to bring to market.

      Out of the thousand-plus units that came in, a little human oversight may occur during this process. We’re happy to mail you out an AU Cable, so please let us know and we’ll get one out in the post.

    The router was shipped and delivered extremely fast and it came with an Australian power cable which is why I bought from Ubiquity Store Australia instead of risking getting a US power cable with another website. Very happy

    There are no detailed instructions on how to configure this device, so I don’t know if I have value or not. A customer should not have to search utube to work out how to configure this device. Very poor documentation.

    I’m very happy with the UI and dashboard, the monitoring tools are great, and the general user experience is excellent. The only issue I’ve had is getting the MSS set correctly for my ISP link – it was hard to pin the TLS handshake issues I was seeing down to that, and then to figure out the correct settings. That wasn’t an issue with the router, but debugging it could possibly have been easier with a few more tools accessible on the router (but I may be odd in wanting to SSH in and run Linux cli tools rather than use a shiny dashboard).

    The experience purchasing the hardware was good, the pricing seems to be good, stock availability was very clear (which was great, since availability of the UDR seemed to be an issue in the US – being able to say with confidence that I could order and get delivery promptly was important for me), and the delivery itself was very prompt.

    I’ll definitely be buying more Ubiquiti kit, and I look forward to dealing with Ubiquiti Store Australia in future.
