Ubiquiti has released the UniFi Flex-Mini 5-Port Layer-2 switch, which is designed to be a more affordable version of the UniFi switch series. It is simple and easy to deploy.

The Ubiquiti UniFi Flex-Mini switch is a Layer 2 switch with five GbE RJ45 ports. It has one 802.3af PoE input, which allows you to avoid having to power the unit with an external power supply. Just connect it to your PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) switch and you are set.

The Flex-Mini switch is great for deploying in hard to reach places. It’s small, lightweight and easy to install. You can quickly mount it to a wall or ceiling without making any modifications. It is also an affordable option that won’t break the budget.

With POE-In, and gigabit ports capable of handling 5 Gbps total non-blocking throughput means it has the bandwidth to handle all 5 ports running at 1 Gbps.

Using the Ubiquiti Flex Mini switch, you can monitor or configure your network from anywhere using UniFi Network web application and mobile app.
