During these unprecedented times we are receiving a large volume of emails for clarification about delivery times of out of stock products.

The data that we present on our product pages is synchronised every 30 minutes with our distribution partner’s website.

This will always reflect the most up-to-date information, and should be your first port of call to see if there have been any changes.

We must stress for the sake of clarity that ETAs (Estimated Times of Arrival) are more variable than we have ever seen in this industry. This is despite an exceptionally well-run distribution outfit in Australia.

Understandably, extra delays are frustrating for our valued customers, as well as ourselves. Do be assured that we work closely and constantly with our partners to ensure that the data on this website is as up-to-date as possible.

As shipping comes under increasing pressure, especially due to recent outbreaks in our Eastern States, please do consider the ETAs on this website to possibly slip beyond the dates presented.

From what we have seen so far this year, most delays are only of several days after published ETAs. Of course we cannot predict in advance about delays in upcoming shipments.
